Reservoir House

Reservoir House is a charming farmhouse in the heart of Callicoon, a riverfront town in the Catskills, located 2.5 hours from NYC. Set on a 3 private acres, with an emphasis an tranquility, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Amenities include a fireplace, fire pit, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A 4WD car is required for this home due to it’s location and access. Please note: the wifi is very spotty, and not high speed here. We are working on a solution (7/10) but please be warned that it is not sufficient for WFH. We have frequent reports about the wifi not working at all, and with no cell service we understand this can be difficult so please inquire before booking. This is a great option for unplugging, but perhaps not WFH or if you need to be connected.
